1. Rest in peace.
Get enough restful sleep to recharge your mind and body for the day. Sleeping for few hours or more than 7-8 hours drains your energy.

2. Get into YOU only zone.

3. Stretch yourself.

The more you stretch your body the less easily tired you will be. The feel good factor will surely keep you on a high for long.
4. Eat well.
Eat after every 4-5 hours. Make sure you eat a balanced meal which includes carbs, proteins and fiber. Snack on healthy options like dry fruits, salads, sandwich made with multigrain, sprouts, fruits etc. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
Eating at regular intervals will help keep you full and prevent the energy slumps. It will also keep your blood sugar levels stable which in turn will not leave you craving for unhealthy food choices.
5. Take short breaks.
If you work at your desk for long hours, take short breaks. In the break you may go out for a stroll, or take a power nap. Short breathers will revitalize you instantly and keep your productivity high!
6. Create a gadget free zone.
Play with your pets, spend time with your kids, listen to your favourite tunes, meditate or simply take a shower – do things that keep you happy and rejuvenate you. It will help you sleep better too.
